Please read these Terms carefully before using Remmy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
License and Usage
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Remmy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Remmy software on your own infrastructure.
You may not:
- Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software to provide services to third parties without authorization
Payment and Billing
Licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis. By purchasing a license, you agree to the following:
- All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your license
Self-Hosted Responsibility
Remmy is a self-hosted product. You are responsible for:
- Providing and maintaining the infrastructure required to run Remmy
- Securing your Remmy installation and the data managed within it
- Performing regular backups of your data
- Ensuring your deployment meets the minimum system requirements
We provide documentation and support to assist with setup and maintenance, but the security and availability of your self-hosted installation is ultimately your responsibility.
Intellectual Property
The Remmy software, website, documentation, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Remmy and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your license to use Remmy does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remmy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Remmy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, your license to use the Remmy software will cease. You may retain any data stored on your own infrastructure.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
