Server License

Remmy is licensed at a single license per server at a fixed cost - no matter how many computers or sysadmins are logging in and using it. Organizations purchase a license key on the getremmy.com website, and can then update their license key in the Remmy app to maintain paid features.

Trial licenses are full featured licenses of the Remmy RMM. Trials are 30 days long. At the end of the trial, Remmy services will be disabled and the user will be required to purchase a license. Click here to request a trial.

To purchase a license, an Administrative user goes to Settings and clicks the "Purchase License" button. When purchasing through this method, the system will automatically convert the existing trial license key to a paid license key, without the administrator user needing to manually update the key.

If an entirely new key has been purchased for any reason, the new key can be entered by going to the Settings tab, clicking License, and then clicking "Enter a new license key". When the Administrator clicks the Activate button, the system will validate the key with the online Remmy licensing system.
